Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer returns or refunds. Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Cancelations will be reviewed on a case by case situation- though generally speaking, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations.

Occasionally, an order is unable to be processed, or needs to be cancelled at the discretion of Minxy.co. Refunds will only be issued in the event that an order is unable to be processed and completed by Minxy.co for any reason.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur. We try to photograph our items as true-to-color as possible, but due to the way different monitors and phone screens display color please understand that they may differ slightly. Each product is custom made by hand and CANNOT be returned. By purchasing our items, you need to be sure that slight variations in color between the online representation and the actual colors may vary slightly.
